RELEASE Version 7.3.0 - July 29, 2020

Job Hold  - Ability to put a Job and Quote on Hold

FEATURE:  Allows users to put a Job on Hold.  This change is similar to Close Job and is displayed the same way.   

If a Job is put on Hold all Quotes that are not Closed will also be put on Hold            
Individual Quotes cannot be put on hold
Quotes that are on Hold can be Closed 
Quotes cannot be opened if Job is On Hold
Quotes cannot be opened if Job is Closed (Added in this version)
Quotes cannot be added to Job if Job is On Hold or Closed

Drop downs on Job & Quote page now reflect Closed filter to include:  All, Yes, No & Hold

To take a job off Hold > Edit Job and click > Re-open
           

Search Enhancement - Search on ISQuote Assigned IDs

FEATURE:  Added the ability to search on the ISQuote internal IDs for Customer, Contact and Part Numbers.  Search must be preceded by the letters:  ID followed by numeric digits.  Example:  ID1234 will search just on the ISQ internal ID.


Search Enhancement - Search by Email Address / Name & City

FEATURE:  A Search by email address in Customer/Contact fields.  If search string includes an @ symbol the program will search the email address fields.  Includes searching by Customer name and city.

 

Relative Date Range Calculator  - Date Range Drop Down Added to Date Search

FEATURE:  Button added to search by relative date:

Quote Type  - Assign a Quote Type to Quotes

FEATURE:  Ability to assign a Quote Type to Quotes:  Available selections are:  None (default) Buy, Master, Design and Template.  Assign Quote Type when generating a new quote.  Existing quotes can also be set.

Quote Types have been added to all quote reports as well.

Added Kit Qty Per Option on Printed Quote 
FEATURE:  Ability to print Kit Qty Per on quote.  Select option from the Print Quote Options check box.

Changed Print Kit Description
CHANGE: On kit lines print kit description to right of part number instead of below if room is available

Added Suppress Header Option
FEATURE:  Added Suppress Header to Print Quote which compresses header pages starting at page 2

Job Matrix Plus Report
FEATURE: New report added Job Matrix Plus Report includes all information that the Job Matrix Report does and Mfg Won/Loss and Mfg Values.

FEATURE: Button added to Job Contact (Job Contacts page) to redirect to Job Contact > Jobs & Quotes.

FEATURE: Added the ability to send All Pricing quote to Job Contacts. Previous version only allowed for No Pricing or List Pricing only.

Edit Job Page / Job Mfg Tab
FEATURE: Allow Competitive Mfgs to be selected from list or free-form typed

FEATURE: Quoted Customer Field - when selected - Mfg Quote Total will automatically fill the Est Mfg Value field.

 

Print Quote Page
FEATURE: Save Print Options based on the quote number and have a "Default Options" Reset Button added to reset these saved options

FEATURE:  Printed Preview Quote auto refreshes when Broadcast Quote box is check.

FIX: Fix bug that was incorrectly finding the non-broadcast control but saving the value for Broadcast (PrintMfgPartNumber)

 

Print Approval Page
FEATURE: Add JobNotes Attachments to be sent with Approval

 

Edit Quote Page
FIX: Allow Margin Calc on QuoteKitDetail Lines
FIX: Search Competitive Mfg check box stays static until you uncheck the box

 

Show Stages Page
FEATURE: Allow Users to merge deleted JobStages if JobStages has been used on quotes/jobs


Item Net Import
FIX: Replace double spaces with single space to better match Item Import PartNumber edits

 

Option Export
FEATURE:  Option export displays the following columns:  Date Changed, Change User, Changed From (Codes: PC = Program Change used on implementation, MA = Manual Add, MC= Manual Change, IA = Import Add, IR= Import Replace

 

Site/Config
FEATURE:  Added default selection to always go to Broadcast on Generate Quote Preview page

Filter added to view Items, Notes, Headers and All

RELEASE Version 7.2.15a - February 24, 2020

​

Copy Quote -  Quote Series with Options were not picking up Customer new Discounts when “Copy Quote Pricing” option was not selected.  Fixed to pick up Discount based on selected Customer Pricing.

​

Import Net Prices - Modified net Option Import to set Change Date even if price or discount did not change. Also set the update source to “VI” for verified by import.

​

Send Quote - Increased length of Quote Contact Name field from 30 to 80 characters. It is now the same length as Contact Name on Contact Record.
 

Send Quote - Fixed bug where Option Heading was not displayed when Base Option Code was blank and list price was 0.
 

Sign In Page - Change position of “What’s new in Version.” link on Sign In page to enhance visibility.

Reports - Correct time stamp on all reports to reflect client's time zone.

RELEASE Version 7.2.15 - February 10, 2020

New Reports Added:


Quoted Competitive Item Report- This new report can be found on the Quote page header. Export directly to Excel format.
Job by Salesperson Reports - Reports can be found on the Job page header.  Export directly to Excel format.

 

Changes made to main Quote view page:

  1. Quote line preview limited to 3 lines - Click for more added to view additional quotes.

  2. Distribution list preview limited to 3 lines - Click for more added to view additional quote distribution records.

  3. Modified "Value" field to accept whole numbers only - Value is based on Quote Total
     

Changes made to main Job view page:

Modified "Value" field to accept whole numbers only - Value is base on Est. Job Value Field

Price Panel

Updated column header terminology to Quote List Price, System List and New List Price

Updated color coding to indicate changes 

Internal Notes
Internal notes are copied over to copied quote.

Updated color coding on import net prices

Changes made to main Quote Details view page:

​

  1. Competitive Mfg and Comp Item were added to list.

  2. Competitive Mfg Filter was added.

  3. Part Filter only loads when a Mfg is selected.

  4. If there are more than 100,000 Quote Details Records user must select one of the following filters: "Mfg, Company or Comp Mfg".

Changes made to Quick Quote Mobile Version

Unit of measure added to Quick Quote - selection box - unit of measure will now be displayed under quantity.

 

Changes made to Excel versions of quotes

  1. New quote excel formats - Form List Price w/Nets w/Weight

  2. Mfg Part Number added to excel version of quotes

  3. Check box added to Excel generated quotes to include footer

Changes made to User profile

Duplicate email address are no longer allowed when changing or adding new users.
