Most of the quoting programs I have worked with are specific to the select MFGs. These programs are great for those specific MFGs. However, most Rep Agencies represent more than one product line. ISQ allows Rep agencies to take control of their quotes. After initial setup individuals can build kits, configurators & more. These features can be used to decrease the time it takes to quote a project & save your quote department time. Even after a quote has been sent out ISQ has a customizable & intelligent search feature to help find older projects. It’s also able to utilize this intelligent search to help prevent duplicating projects before you even start. One of my favorite features is the ability to create a custom competitor cross reference. Cross a product once & then you can then add your MFG’s product by entering the competitors model. There is so much ISQ has to offer that I can’t even begin to cover them all. The most important feature ISQ has to offer is their customer service. Whenever I have an issue I can call or email & have a response back within the hour. They even take this one step further by working with several of our MFG’s directly to update pricing & product info.
ISQ has even start working with other programs such as RepFabric to further expand project tracking capabilities. I have been using ISQ for almost a year & our company is working on two. Using ISQ just makes sense for us. It’s easy to use & well worth the investment.
