New Feature:  Added feature to remove all options on a part in the Quote entry screen
 

Added the “Save With No Options” button to the Quote entry screen. This allows users to save/add a part number without including any options along with it. Clicking on an existing part number with options, then clicking “Save With No Options” will remove the existing options from the quote line and reprice the part.

New Feature:  Added concurrency check and warnings for users when entering or saving a Quote within 1 minute of another user

Alert banner on Quote Entry screen. This alert will show up if you attempt to save changes to a quote that was recently changed by another user.

New Feature:  Added feature for spec/info links to further validate the URLs

​

Spec/info sheet links have additional information displayed after validation.

New Feature:  Quick Quote feature added to auto select the pricing tier based on quantity entered

​

Added the Pricing Tiers drop down in Quick Quote. This allows you to select the Quantities/Multipliers based on the Tiered pricing setup for the part or custom pricing rules in the Cust/Item Price tab.

Other Updates/Bug Fixes

  • Added QuoteName to search for Job/Quote pages
    Notes: The Quote Name field can be searched on Job and Quote under the Quotes tab as well as on the Quote Details page.

  • API changes; added CustomerType API and changes for the "Sync" API call

  • Expanded export fields to include additional information on ID fields
    Notes: Added Customer Name to pricing export instead of only including the Customer ID.

  • Updated internal packages and JQuery versions

  • Fixed bug with Quote_Form_List_Price_With_Multiplier_By_ItemType where the MfgName + ItemType was causing the sheetname to be too long.
    Notes: In some cases, the MFG name was exceeding excels character limit. This has been fixed.

  • Fixed bug with color picker in EditSite to convert older color codes to HTML color code

  • Fixed bug with Mass Change Items searches not saving previous text

  • Fixed bug with apostrophe in searches
