Updated ISQuote Help Documentation: The "Help" links on each page in ISQuote have been updated to reflect the new ISQ help documentation site.
ISQuote Home Tab: The ISQuote Home tab has been updated to include the Tracked By filter. Any changes to these filters will be saved for the signed in user. We've also replaced the Pencil Edit icon with clickable text links for easier use. The Save and Save & Add Quote buttons have been added to reflect the other pages.
Creating/Deleting Contact Groups: A message will now appear when adding or deleting a contact group.
Inactive Stamp: The stamp has been updated and added to multiple pages to help with visibility.
Quote Entry > Change Multipliers/Discounts: Users can now select Item Type when changing multipliers/discounts using the Select Action drop down during quote entry. Additional discounts can be applied to ALL lines by only specifying the additional discount e.g. /10.
Edit Item > Item Configuration: The option order is now displayed on the Edit Item page allowing you to manually change the order of options. We've also added the Delete All Options button to make removing options from a single item easier.
Cust/Item Price Tab: [Inactive] will now be displayed in the dropdown menu when selecting a customer.
Add Quote Page & Job Contacts Page > Adding New Customer/Contact to Master: The Add Customer screen has been updated when clicking to add a customer to your database. Along with Customers, Contacts can also be added from this screen. INACTIVE and/or UNQUOTABLE will be displayed in the customer search when applicable. Adding a contact to an Inactive Customer will mark the Customer Active again.
Mass Change Items: Added the edit item button to make further changes to the item master for each item
Smaller Changes
System Wide: Updated verbiage of "Reset Filters" to "Reset View" to better describe what's happening.
Main pages: Reset View button is now displayed if a search, filter, page size is changed, user goes to any page other than page 1 or changes the default sorting.
Main pages: If searching, reset the page back to page 1.
Customer Pages: The Company field is now required when creating/editing/showing a customer.
Show Item: Re-arranged the first 2 columns to match layout of other pages
Mass Change Items: Populate Item Category, Series, Item Type filters based on selected MfgID
Mass Change Items: Save page and sorting changes to session
Import: Display user friendly error on Import Description max length
ISQuote Home: Added Job Suggestion search using unified method to prevent users from added duplicate Jobs
Add Quote: If user clicks an entry in the Customer/Contact suggestion list, system automatically clicks "Set Customer" for them
Print Quote: Broadcast mode; only populate City, Territory, SalespersonID and ContactType filters of Contacts displayed.
Reports: CustomerMfg report allows for filtering on Active/Inactive Mfgs
Report Request: Updated report viewer to allow .xlsx excel reports
Edit Users: Warn user of old passwords suggesting they update their password
