Navigation Menu Changes: We've moved Job Category, Note Type, Spec Status and Stages into a single new menu entry called "Job Lists". We've also moved Footnotes and Approval Codes into a new menu entry called "Quote Lists". Previously some of these pages were in their own menu entry or were apart of other menu entries. This should help making it easier to find what your looking for when needing to make changes. The Audit page has also been moved into the Office/Site Config menu entry.

Quote PDF File Name: We've added a new Site Setting to shorten the length of the Quote PDF filename. When enabled, the filename of the quote PDF will print: "Quote # - Job Name" and no longer add each MfgID. If the Print Option "Separate File for Mfg" is selected on the quote preview page, the Mfg name will still be added like normal to prevent duplicate file names. Admin level users can enable this setting under the Office/Site Config tab > Site Configuration tab > Pencil Icon. Select Print Quote Options where you'll find Quote Filename Format Code. To enable enter 1 in the blank field. To disable remove the 1 and click save.

Copy Quote Page: Users now have the ability to copy all or specific quote lines from one existing quote to another when copying a quote. The screenshot below shows the Copy Quote page. To copy lines to another quote, select the Create New Quote dropdown and find another quote related to this job. User's can also search for another job in the system just above the Create New Quote dropdown and select a quote from that job. This will copy the selected quote lines to the chosen quote

Import Quote Lines - New Import Options: The import Quote Lines feature has been updated to include the following import options - Check for Items with Options, Add "Misc Part" Lines when Part Not Found and Add Lines for Inactive Items. This allows users to import items with Options, items not currently in your ISQuote database and any items that might be marked inactive in ISQuote.

Job Tracking Simple Report: We've added a new report under the Report Request tab in the main navigation menu called Job Tracking Simple Report. This is a simplified version of the existing Job Tracking Report.

New Site Setting: The first Quote that's created for a Job will save the Quote's Salesperson and Territory back to the Job. We've added a new Site Setting to disable this if needed. The new Site Setting - Set Job Salesperson/Territory on 1st Quote - requires an Admin level ISQ user to disable or enable and can be found under the Office/Site Config navigation menu page for Quote Options.

Show Items Page: The item Action Menu (Delete/Rename/Merge) is now set to blank so a user doesn't accidentally delete an item. The save icon will no longer appear until a change to the Action drop down has been made.

Changes/Bug Fixes

-Add CompMfg - Check for existing CompMfgID instead of returning long non-userfriendly message.

-Office locations - Increased Company Footer to 2048 characters.

-Print Quote - Made adjustments to the Location column on the printed quote to help reduce unused space in the column

-Imports - Fix bug with wiping out unintended fields e.g. Option Delimiters.

-Edit item - Bug fixed with Option Order if a user enters an invalid value
