SPA Pricing: Special Pricing Agreement (SPA) refers to specific customer(s) with special pricing for a specific project. Typically, SPA pricing also consists of a reference, contract, or quote number. SPA Pricing can be found on the Cust/Item Price main menu entry in ISQuote. Full instructions for configuring a SPA can be found in our ISQuote help documentation by clicking on the "Help" link located at the bottom of each page in ISQuote.
Imports - Enhanced Part Search & Copy/Paste Import Data: When running an import, users might find that their excel sheet has part numbers that include leading 0's or special characters like "-". This new import option Use Enhanced Part Search will help match on those parts to avoid adding duplicate part numbers to your database. Check the box to implement Enhanced Search. Additionally, importing data can now be copied/pasted directly into the import screen.
Import Net Pricing by MfgCustNo: To import net pricing based on a manufacturer's customer number, check the box shown in the example below. Note: Your pricing file must include the column MfgCustNo with the account number listed. Note: The Manufacturer Customer Cross Reference Numbers can be maintained in either the Customer Mfg page or Mfg Customer page.
In the example below we added the MFG Customer Number "1234" for the first 2 Customers listed under our mfg ABC Mfg since they share the same mfg customer number the remaining customers have their own unique mfg customer number.
Our import excel file includes a column to identify the MfgCustNo and the appropriate part numbers and pricing for each.
Job Tracking - Use Job Contacts Salesperson/Territory: This new checkbox located on the Job Tracking page in ISQuote can be used to track jobs associated with the Job Contact's Salesperson & Territory. Once the box is checked, Click on Update Job Tracking to update the system and save the setting. Checking this box will enable this for all users in ISQuote. Users will now be able to find these jobs when selecting the filter Tracked By or running Job Tracking Reports with the correctly configured Job Tracking rules for those Salespeople/Territory.
Import Pages: Re-arranged to better use the horizontal space and better show the statistics without scrolling to the bottom each time.
Bug Fixes
-Print Quote - Fixed footnote width which was allowing for the column to use way too much room if the right settings were set
